CLASSES WITH JASON
Jason is the founder/creator of Zenyasa®, which can be described as a slow-paced, moderately athletic, breath-centered style of yoga with a step-by-step approach to posture practice that fosters moment-to-moment awareness and skillful alignment. Classes typically begin with a 5-10 minutes breathing and/or meditation practice, followed by a comprehensive joint warming series, the Grasshopper vinyasa, unique sun salutations, several linked standing posture sets, and alternating 5-Element class themes meant to strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups and meridian pathways. The overall aim of the practice is to cultivate a strong and reasonably flexible body, a stable and present mind, and a generous and open heart.
